The Doom of Orryx-II (December 7th)

Amid the countless fires of the Age of Darkness, the Forge World Orryx-II once stood as a pillar of loyal industry. Its manufactoria armed the armies of the Emperor, its data-vaults sang hymns to the Omnissiah, and its Archmagos, Lathriel Korven, vowed to resist the Warmaster’s corruption until his final breath.

Then the forges fell silent. What began as static across the noospheric relays soon spread into chaos. Automated defense cohorts turned upon their masters. Skitarii legions received conflicting orders. Across the ash-choked plains, loyalist forges ignited in flame as betrayal erupted from within. At the center of the crisis stands Archmagos Vaardus Augustian, a Traitor Myrmidax Lord devoted to the pursuit of logic through war.

He speaks of the Equation of Violence, a grand design that will prove warfare can be reduced to pure calculation. To conduct his experiment, Augustian has turned Orryx-II into a crucible, aligning his forges and constructs to draw opposing forces into conflict. Every maneuver, every bombardment, and every death will serve as data in his quest to perfect the Science of War.

Before their networks collapsed, Korven’s loyalists sent one final plea for aid. Loyalist fleets have answered, even as Traitor forces descend to claim the world for the Warmaster, or perhaps even for their own twisted ambitions. Now Orryx-II burns, its iron cities torn apart by the competing doctrines of loyalty and reason. The forges roar, the skies burn, and across the red horizon the equation begins to balance itself in blood.

The Doom of Orryx-II is a Narrative Campaign to be played with Warhammer: The Horus Hersy 3rd Edition.

Loyalist and Traitor players will face off, and shape the narrative of the beleaguered Forge World Orryx-II over the course of several battles fought with unique missions!

Come out and help determine the fate of this world set in the Age of Darkness!

Any faction is welcome for this campaign, and whether you will be attending just one session or all of them, anyone who wants to play Horus Heresy is welcome!

Army Lists should be limited to 1,500 points, contain no Named Characters, and no Lords of War.

Additionally, an Army List may only contain a maximum of 1 (one) Vehicle that has an Armour Value of 14 on multiple facings (Ex: Land Raiders, Spartans, Kratos, etc).

The Event will be held on December 7th, 2025, starting at 10 AM and running until 4 PM.

There will be an Entry Fee of $10 to enter the event, which will go to both the store and towards Prize Support for 'Best Painted Model', 'Favorite Loyalist Opponent', and 'Favorite Traitor Opponent'.
