This is an event that will be run at Scapecon V later this month!
A bit more offbeat, should be a fun format.

You may include Red Skull with your army for free (he does not count towards either your point total or figure limit). Do not submit Red Skull through the .org builder.

All Marvel units gain Marvel Evasive 2.

When a Marvel unit rolls defense dice against an attacking non-Marvel figure who is not adjacent, add 2 defense dice to the defending Marvel unit.
