Rounds: 3 rounds, 2 hour per rounds. With about 15 mins between rounds for cleanup and resetting.

Please check in with me around 10:30 (If you are late please post in discord or let me know. Otherwise we will start at 11 and you will be down a game) I will be using this to check you in on BCP and check you have the app or webpage available as well as check any models that need to be checked.

Round 3 4-6

Missions: Approved Ops 2024 missions. These will be pre-determined and revealed at the beginning of each round.

Maps: There will be a mix of Volkus, ITD and potentially some Bheta Decima using the New England maps. These maps will be pre-determined as well and I will try to ensure players play a fair mix, however due to restricted space and me being one man you may play on duplicate boards or maps.

Scoring: Score will be determined as laid out in the Approved Ops mission deck. Placements will be determined by Wins/Losses and tie breakers will be by Total VP scored. Please have the best coast parings app installed BEFORE arriving so you will be able to log your scores after each game.

Tools: Players will be expected to provide their kill team, equipment, dice, measuring tools, relevant rules references that are up to date with the latest balance data slate and FAQs, and Tac Ops cards. (If you require assistance providing any of these please reach out to me to discuss)

Kill Team: Players are not required to have a fully painted team however it is strongly encouraged. It is also recommended you have operatives represented well enough where they are recognizable. If you have any proxies/kitbashes or anything you are concerned about let me know before the event and I will approve on a case by case basis.

Judging: Judging will be performed off of Rules As Written as best we can interpret. If there is disagreement in the rules first attempt to settle between both players. If both agree on a ruling then continue as such. If an agreement cannot be made find me to assist. I will have final say on rulings if the rules are unclear in any situation.
