The Museum Tour Playset is the first playset that brings the museum to you! This playset is designed to teach kids about famous works of art and create more excitement toward visiting museums.  

 Target age range: 3-7 (safety rated for 2+!)

THE PLAYSET INCLUDES:

•  (1) Storybook: "The Museum Tour": A 20 page board book guiding children through a museum tour of 5 major works of art*. Each page features a fun fact about the art, and a question designed to increase engagement from the child.  
•  (1) Magnetic Whiteboard: This is a flexible magnetic whiteboard that can be positioned in three different ways.  It has 3 main panels that measure 10" x 12" per  panel.  This board can be colored on with whiteboard markers giving kids the ability to also "create their own art!" 
•  (8) Magnets: 8 colorful magnets including 5 magnets featuring major works of art* featured in the book complete with names of artist and painting for easy reference. The remaining 3 magnets feature scenes from the book that help children become familiar with common elements at a museum such as a ticket booth.   
•  (2) Wooden Museum Docent Characters: Aspen and Lynx, our beloved museum docents come in two wooden cylinder figurines measuring at 3.75" high with a 1.25" diameter.

*Works of Art Featured: Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci, A Child's Bath by Mary Cassatt,  A Sunday on La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat, Luncheon of the Boating Party by Auguste Renoir, and a piece from the Suprematism series by Kazimir Malevich.

The Museum Tour Board book is a 20 page board book that leads kids through a fictional museum tour and introduces them to the five major works of art featured in the playset.  The artwork featured is the Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci, The Child's Bath by Mary Cassatt, a piece from the Suprematism series by Kazimir Malevich, A Sunday on La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat, and Luncheon of the Boating Party by Auguste Renoir.  This book can be purchased separately or within The Museum Tour Playset.
